These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PitchForge (the “Service”), operated by PitchForge. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. This is a template starting point — please review it with qualified legal counsel before relying on it.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
The Service
PitchForge helps you turn a brief into a draft client proposal using AI. We may update, change or discontinue features over time. During the MVP period, the Service is offered with a free trial and no card is required.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use the Service for unlawful, infringing or fraudulent purposes.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Don’t submit content you don’t have the right to use.
Your content and ownership
You retain ownership of the briefs you submit and the proposals you generate. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the proposals you send to your clients.
AI-generated content
Proposals are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. They are drafts: you should review, edit and verify every proposal before sending it. We make no guarantee that any proposal will be accurate, complete, or that it will win business.
Plans and billing
Paid plans and managed billing are not yet active during the MVP. When billing is introduced, the applicable fees, renewal and cancellation terms will be presented before you are charged.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On deletion, your data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PitchForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
